ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our account managers by quoting insurance policies across multiple carriers. This role plays a critical part in helping us identify the most competitive and comprehensive options for our clients. You will work closely with our internal team to gather risk information, run quotes, and present carrier comparisons that drive great outcomes for our insureds.

Responsibilities include:

Accurately quote personal insurance policies with various carriers using online portals or

comparative rating tools

Review risk profiles and ensure all required information is collected and input correctly

Compare coverage options, premiums, and underwriting requirements to identify the

best-fit solution for the insured

Communicate findings clearly and efficiently to account managers

Track and update quote activity within the agency management system

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company and industry compliance standards

ABOUT YOU:



Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Strong computer skills and ability to navigate mutliple carrier paltforms

Self motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Strong written and verbal communications

Ability to work in fast paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred, but not required:

Prior insurance quoting or strong understanding of insurance products

Experience in Applied Rater, EZLynx, or other quoting platforms

Familiarity with Texas personal lines or commercial insurance markets

Active property & casual license
